The lecture concerns the distinction between tort law and criminal law. If both are concerned with wrongs, how do their aims differ? How should we decide which wrongs belong (only) to tort law, and which should (also) belong to criminal law?
The lecture will be followed by a reception in the Lindquist & Vennum Conference Room.
