Andy Jacobson is a Partner at Maslon LLP, specializing in transactional real estate, design and construction law, typically representing end users on projects. Prior to attending law school, Andy practiced commercial architecture in Berkeley, California, and he remains a California licensed architect, as well as being licensed to practice law in both Minnesota and California. Andy has been an adjunct professor for the last 20 years at St. Thomas School of Law, teaching advanced real estate transactions.
