Trial Practice: Criminal – 6618

Trial Practice: Criminal Selected problems in criminal litigation. Exercises in direct and cross examination of witnesses, impeachment, introduction of evidence, expert testimony, opening statements, and closing arguments. The final exercise will be a full trial. The focus of the class and the exercises will be criminal litigation, but the skills learned are applicable to civil litigation as well.
