McGeveran Quoted on Recording Industry Lawsuit

Professor William McGeveran was quoted in the lead story on KARE 11 News (video link), commenting on the recording industry's copyright infringement suit against a Minnesota woman over alleged music downloading. The case is the first to go to trial out of approximately 25,000 filed by the industry in the last four years.
