Klass in Star Tribune on Wetland Lawsuit

Professor Alexandra Klass was quoted in an article in the Star Tribune discussing recent developments in a lawsuit involving the City of Savage's environmental review of a residential development project consisting of more than 200 homes. Klass, with the help of third-year law student Sitso Bediako, is representing a citizens group in Savage pro bono to ensure that the City conducts all required environmental review of the project prior to issuing any permits. The land in question is a large, wooded parcel containing significant wetlands that also may contain protected historic and tribal resources.
