Cox on National Public Radio and Other Media
Prentiss Cox was quoted on National Public Radio's All Things Considered in a story about legislation passed this week by the Minnesota Senate that would defer foreclosure for targeted homeowners. Professor Cox substantially drafted the bill and testified on its behalf before the Minnesota Legislature. The bill authors are Representative Jim Davnie (DFL-Minneapolis) and Senator Ellen Anderson (DFL-St. Paul).
Professor Cox has also appeared in recent stories about foreclosure rates, mortgage interest rate resets, and related matters in the Minneapolis Star Tribune, Pioneer Press and Minnesota Public Radio.
