Prof. Painter Discusses Obama's Ethics Proposals

Professor Richard W. Painter participated in a segment of the Patt Morrison public affairs talk show on KPCC, Southern California Public Radio, entitled "Ethics in the House." Painter was chief ethics counsel for President Bush in 2005-07 and is the author of Getting the Government America Deserves: How Ethics Reform Can Make a Difference, released this month by Oxford University Press.
