Prof. Painter Quoted in Star Tribune on Petters Bankruptcy Trustee

Professor Richard Painter was quoted in a Star Tribune article on the Petters bankruptcy trustee's efforts to "clawback" gains from some of Petters' investors to compensate for losses of other investors. Painter noted that the law on clawback claims is unclear and that Congress should provide more clarity in this area for trustees charged with recovering funds lost to ponzi schemes.
