Prof. Sokol Discusses Beer Merger in Wall Street Journal

Professor D. Daniel Sokol was quoted in the Wall Street Journal on the antitrust implications of the DOJ challenge against the proposed Anheuser-Busch InBev's deal to acquire Grupo Modelo.
