Prof. Orfield Quoted in The Atlantic on 'The Miracle of Minneapolis'

Professor Myron Orfield was quoted in an Atlantic article entitled "The Miracle of Minneapolis." He describes the importance of the fiscal disparities or tax base sharing law and argues that it has kept central city and older suburban neighborhoods strong. He also talks about the benefits of the Twin Cities regional fair share housing program which has been abandoned and that Orfield hopes to help bring back.
