Prof. Kitrosser's New Book, Reclaiming Accountability, Reviewed in Secrecy News

Professor Heidi Kitrosser's new book, Reclaiming Accountability, was reviewed by Steven Aftergood in Secrecy News, the widely read publication of the Government Secrecy Project of the Federation of American Scientists. Aftergood praises Reclaiming Accountability as offering a "scrupulous and nuanced presentation" of opposing views. Kitrosser's purpose, he writes, is "not to ridicule [opponents'] weakest arguments, but to engage [their] strongest ones." He concludes that "[t]he book adds analytical rigor and insight to current debates over secrecy and accountability, which it ultimately aims to inspire and inform."
