Randall Ryder ’09 Named Co-Director of Law in Practice Course

Randall Ryder ’09 has been named co-director of the Law in Practice course.

Ryder takes over for Laura Thomas, who on Monday was sworn in as a member of the Hennepin County District Court Bench.

Ryder will work with Professor Mitch Zamoff, who is the other co-director of the innovative practical skills course for 1Ls.

Ryder, director of appellate advocacy and a lecturer in law, has been teaching Law in Practice for many years, first as an adjunct and, more recently, as one of the lead instructors. He also teaches legal writing and law in practice to first-year students.
