TORT Show Recognized for Excellence in Entertainment by U of M Student Activities Office

Minnesota Law’s Theatre of the Relatively Talentless (TORT) has been recognized for by the University of Minnesota Student Activities Office with a Tony Diggs Excellence Award for Excellence in Recreation and Entertainment.

In honor of Tony Diggs, former Director of the Student Activities Office, the Tony Diggs Excellence Awards are intended to recognize annual student group achievements. The awards, which take place every March or April, are open to all Campus Life Programs and Registered Student Organizations.

Sixty four nominations were submitted for the 2020 calendar year. Thirteen winners in were chosen by students in an open vote available to all currently registered students at the University of Minnesota. Thirteen winners nine categories were selected for recognition.
