Ms. Culberth is a partner at Culberth & Lienemann, LLP in Saint Paul. She is a mediator and a litigator. For the last 30 years, her litigation practice has primarily focused on employment litigation and education harassment.
Ms. Culberth has been chosen three times as Attorney of the Year by Minnesota Lawyer. Ms. Culberth has also been chosen as one of the Power 30 Employment Lawyers in the State of Minnesota. For multiple years, she has been chosen by her peers as a Minnesota SuperLawyer.
Ms. Culberth is a frequent lecturer on mediation and on employment law issues in Minnesota and nationally. She has taught as an adjunct professor at Hamline University School of Law, now known as Mitchell Hamline School of Law. She is also a Past President of the Eighth Circuit National Employment Lawyers Association.
