Chris Hoff is an IP attorney and partner in the Minneapolis office of Barnes & Thornburg. He provides strategic intellectual property counseling services to clients across a wide variety of industries and technologies, with an emphasis on developing strong patent portfolios that align with and support client business objectives. Chris additionally helps clients mitigate IP risks, navigate IP disputes and negotiate technology and other IP-focused agreements. Chris is a '08 graduate of the UMN Law School, and a '02 graduate of Carleton College, where he received a degree in computer science. Prior to attending the UMN Law School, Chris was a software developer for several years at a startup in St. Paul, MN.
