David Kelley ’79

David Kelley practices primarily in the fields of real estate, real estate finance, and secured lending. For over 35 years, Kelley represented buyers, sellers, developers, landlords, tenants, and municipal agencies in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions. Within that field, he specialized in representing commercial banks in construction financing and later in his career he developed a sub-specialty counseling large banks in the financing of multifamily housing projects using low-income and historic tax credits.
