Jess Anna has practiced law for more than 20 years working as a labor lawyer, in public policy, nonprofits, in government, as an arbitrator and mediator, and now as the Executive Director and General Counsel of the Minnesota Public Employment Relations Board.
She has years of experience litigating, problem solving, working with people in crisis, and making hard decisions. She has specialized knowledge in labor, employment, and agency law and nonprofit management. She brings extensive experience and professional skill to every case and customize ADR at a time when there is conflict, transition, or even challenging people.
She lives in Minneapolis with her two amazing, independent, and creative daughters. Since turning 40, Jess Anna has run two marathons, two half marathons, and a sprint triathlon. She loves travel and reading.
