The Human Rights Center is pleased to welcome Oksana Baskakova as a Fulbright Researcher for 2024. Oksana works at the Department of the Theory of Law and Constitutionalism at Lviv Polytechnic National University and she is preparing to defend her PhD thesis in EU Law at Ivan Franko National University. As a Visiting Researcher at the Human Rights Center Oksana will focus on a project considering international law, peace, and human rights in the Ukranian context, as well as developing innovations in pedagogy and University-level programming in human rights and international law.
