Steven Bialick received his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, with a Psychology major, from the University of Minnesota. He received his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law. He has been on the Minnesota State Court System's alternative dispute resolution (ADR) roster of qualified neutrals for mediation and arbitration, under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice for the District Courts, since 1994. He serves as a contract Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) for the Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH), and generally provides ADR services in the Law Office of Steven M. Bialick.
