Patent Prosecution Practice II – 6232

This course builds on the foundation from Patent Prosecution Practice I. In this course, we will study advanced patent prosecution and patent practice matters including a review of prosecution-related Federal Circuit cases, appeals practice before the USPTO, opinions, post grant challenge procedures, design patents, foreign prosecution and more. The course is highly practical and will include take-home projects and in-class exercises.
