Prof. Cotter Quoted in Star Tribune on Allegations of Price Fixing of Chocolate Makers

Professor Tom Cotter was quoted in a Minneapolis Star Tribune article concerning an antitrust suit filed by SuperValu alleging price fixing among four leading chocolate candy makers.
